Reliable drive technology is built through many precise manufacturing steps – and through people who understand their craft. 

For many years, Sieglinde Reitz was part of our armature winding department, contributing her experience, care and reliability to our production. As she begins her retirement, Assembly Manager Martin Tuppy personally thanked her for her dedication and the many years she spent with AMT Schmid. 

Her career reflects something that is fundamental to our work: Technical expertise grows through experience. It is built over years, applied every day and passed on through teamwork.
