At AMT Schmid, we are saying goodbye to three valued colleagues as they enter retirement – individuals who have helped shape our organization through their expertise, dedication, and team spirit.
Elena spent eight years in our assembly department, particularly in anchor winding. With technical understanding, precision, and great attention to detail, she made a meaningful contribution to her area. Her commitment went beyond day-to-day operations – a photograph of her from a recent company photoshoot has since become the “face” of our assembly team and is featured at trade fairs, in advertisements, and in various company publications.
Vladimir shaped our production for nearly 25 years, especially in the grinding department. His extensive technical knowledge, accuracy, and long-standing experience made him a trusted and respected colleague. Over the years, he not only contributed his expertise but also played an important role in strengthening teamwork and passing on valuable knowledge within the department.
Tilo joined our turning department in 2022 and was a valued member of the team, operating our Mazak and Nakamura machines. Known for his calm and reliable manner, his attention to detail, and his strong sense of responsibility, he played an important role in our daily production processes.
Long-serving employees represent continuity, knowledge transfer, and a strong corporate culture. Their impact goes far beyond individual tasks – they influence teams, processes, and the way we work together.
We sincerely thank our colleagues for their dedication and commitment and wish them health, happiness, and fulfillment in this new chapter of life.
