For 13 years, Werner Bushues was part of AMT Schmid’s service team, focusing on the analysis and repair of drives. His work required precision, experience and a strong understanding of mechanical systems – qualities Werner brought with him every day.
As a trained mechanical technician, Werner combined solid technical knowledge with a genuine passion for machinery. His reliable way of working and his practical mindset helped drive many improvements over the years. Through his support, valuable optimizations could be implemented in our service processes and technical solutions.
