When Adnan Hepbasli joined AMT Schmid, the company was still spread across several locations. Working closely with the senior owner, he experienced a period of development that would reshape both the company and everyday working life.
“A lot has changed in assembly over those 28 years,” Adnan recalls. Today, workstations are carefully thought out down to the last detail and ergonomically designed. Over 28 years, Adnan experienced those changes first-hand.
His recollections connect the working environment we know today with the practical realities of earlier years. He also speaks warmly about the company’s celebrations and social gatherings. He enjoyed his time at AMT Schmid and valued those shared occasions. Retirement now brings the opportunity to travel and enjoy his time at his own pace.
Adnan, thank you for spending 28 years with us. We wish you good health, memorable journeys and plenty of time for everything you are looking forward to.
28 years of shared history. Thank you, Adnan.
