Karl-Heinz Mahlbacher is one of those people. We are proud to celebrate his 25th anniversary at AMT Schmid. As part of our Quality Assurance team, Karl-Heinz inspects purchased and manufactured components using advanced computer-controlled measuring machines and specialized testing equipment. He develops inspection programs, documents measurement results and helps ensure that our high quality standards are consistently met. Modern measurement technology continues to evolve. Every new system creates new opportunities, but also requires continuous learning, technical curiosity and the ability to understand increasingly complex processes.
Karl-Heinz has embraced this development throughout his career, continuously expanding his knowledge while contributing decades of practical experience. His impact reaches far beyond technical measurements. With his calm manner, open ear and subtle sense of humor, he is a trusted colleague across departments. His willingness to share knowledge demonstrates an important part of our culture: innovation becomes stronger when expertise is shared.
