Some knowledge cannot be gained at a desk. It grows with every assembly line, every problem solved and every new perspective.
Alexander Fibich began his apprenticeship at AMT Schmid 15 years ago. Since then, he has built up extensive expertise in our assembly operations and knows the different assembly lines down to the smallest detail.
Alexander then spent several years working in production. For him, this was an opportunity to explore new areas, view processes from a different perspective and broaden his experience. His work and his personality were also highly valued there.
Today, Alexander is back in assembly – much to the delight of Assembly Manager Martin Tuppy. He keeps a close eye on what is happening, identifies important details and connections, and, thanks to his many years of experience, knows exactly what matters. He also shares this knowledge and supports new colleagues as they settle into their roles.
On a personal level, Alexander is a unifying presence within the team. With his cheerful nature and his ability to adapt to different personalities and situations, he helps create a positive and constructive working environment.
There are already more ideas and plans for how his current workplace could develop. That suits Alexander perfectly: even after 15 years of experience, he is still looking ahead and thinking about what comes next.
